2011 Festival raises £5,502,833

The twenty-sixth Annual Festival for The Freemasons' Grand Charity was held on Saturday, 25 June 2011, at the Guildhall, London, where it was announced that a total of £5,502,833 had been raised. 

The final total was announced by the Provincial Grand Master, John Michael Webb, in the presence of the Pro Grand Master, Peter Geoffrey Lowndes.

The event was also attended by Grahame N. Elliott, CBE, President of the Grand Charity, Ian Barry Ross, Provincial Grand Master for Suffolk and Rodney J. Wolverson, Provincial Grand Master for Cambridgeshire, and over 1,000 other guests.

The evening was honoured by the presence of Peter Lowndes, Pro Grand Master, who praised Essex Masons for raising a phenomenal amount of money for the Grand Charity.  Over 1,000 guests were in attendance
